The service

Omni Resume is a static web application that runs entirely in your browser. It provides tools for building resumes and cover letters and for analysing resume text against job descriptions. The service is free to use and does not require an account.

Your content

You own the content you create with Omni Resume. Because the application does not transmit your content to a server, we do not have access to it, do not store it, and cannot recover it if you lose it. You are responsible for backing up any resume or cover letter you want to keep by using the JSON export feature.

No guarantee of outcomes

Omni Resume does not guarantee any specific outcome. The Omni Resume ATS Compatibility Score is an educational, client-side assessment of structural compatibility. It is not an official score from any applicant tracking system and does not predict hiring outcomes.

Similarly, no template, example, or guide on this site guarantees that a resume will be read, that an interview will be offered, or that a job will be secured.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Omni Resume to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, or misleading.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or the CDN that serves it.
• Redistribute the Omni Resume template library or data files as your own product.
• Use the Omni Resume name or logo to imply endorsement of another product.

Availability

Omni Resume is provided as-is, without any warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Because your data is stored locally in your browser, changes to the service do not affect your existing drafts.

Intellectual property

The templates, icons, illustrations, code, and written content on this site are original work. The source code is released under the MIT License. The template designs and illustrations are not licensed for redistribution as part of a competing product.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni Resume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to lost data, missed opportunities, or reliance on any tool output.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The updated date at the top of the page will change when they are. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
